    Text - At the time Sarah was a manager at a Blockbuster video store in PA. It was almost 11pm on a weekday night, with the store scheduled to close at either 11 or 12. A woman comes in with a 4 year old little boy, and as soon as she entered the store, came to the counter and asked my wife if her little boy could use the restroom. Turns out a year or so before a customer at a store elsewhere in the US asked to use the bathroom, then hung himself in there, thus the altered corporate policy. The woman had this explained to her, and was told she could use the restroom in the pizza place next door without any problem, but she was in a hurry and with a huff, walked off to find video.
